attending class in order to renew
his ServSafe certificate.
The health dept.
requires this credential.
The health dept. doesn’t require
my credential;
they don’t give a flying fuck
about my MFA—
Nor does anybody else
for that matter.
I guess
that’s why I’m the dishwasher.
